يشغّل wowhook السيد chivin chen بصفته مشغّلاً فردياً من الصين القارية. عنوان المراسلات: DAMAC Park Tower، P206، دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. للتواصل بشأن الدعم والفواتير والخصوصية والأمان: jekapatil566@gmail.com. تنطبق هذه الشروط على wowhook.com ونسخة الاختبار. يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة على الأقل وأن تملك صلاحية تقديم المحتوى الذي تعالجه.
ما تقدّمه الخدمة
نجلب الوسائط العامة من المنصات المدعومة أو نستقبل ملفاتك، ثم نحوّل الكلام إلى نص وننتج ترجمات وملخّصات. قد يخطئ الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ راجع الأسماء والأرقام والمعنى قبل النشر أو الاعتماد على النتائج. تستخدم معالجة النصوص DeepSeek، ويعمل التعرّف على الكلام على خادمنا. قد تمنع قيود المنصات أو أعطال الجهات الخارجية المعالجة. لا نتجاوز ضوابط الوصول ولا نستورد ملفات تعريف ارتباط حساباتك على المنصات.
الحسابات والاستخدام المسموح
عند تفعيل الحسابات، سجّل الدخول عبر Clerk وGoogle أو وسيلة أخرى متاحة. احمِ حسابك وأبلغ عن الاستخدام غير المصرّح. قدّم فقط محتوى تملكه أو لديك إذن بمعالجته؛ الرابط العام وحده لا يثبت وجود إذن. يُمنع انتهاك حقوق النشر أو الخصوصية، ومعالجة محتوى غير قانوني، وانتحال الهوية بقصد التضليل، وإساءة الاستخدام، والتحايل على الحصص، ومشاركة الوصول المدفوع، وتعطيل الأمان. يمكننا تقييد النشاط المسيء وتوضيح السبب حيث يسمح القانون.
الحصة المجانية والعضوية
في النسخة التي تستخدم الحسابات، يمكن لكل حساب إكمال 3 عمليات تفريغ مجانية يومياً، وتتجدّد الحصة عند منتصف الليل بتوقيت الرياض (UTC+3). تشترك الروابط والملفات المرفوعة في الحصة نفسها. الحد الأقصى للمقطع المجاني 5 دقائق. العضوية الشهرية بسعر 9.90 دولار أمريكي وتشمل 300 دقيقة لكل فترة فوترة؛ الحد الأقصى للمقطع 20 دقيقة. تُقرّب مدة كل مقطع إلى الدقيقة الأعلى بشكل مستقل. لا تنتقل الدقائق غير المستخدمة إلى الفترة التالية، ولا تُضاف الحصة اليومية المجانية خلال العضوية السارية. تجري معالجة مقطع واحد لكل حساب وتنتظر البقية في القائمة. تُعاد الحصة المحجوزة عند فشل المعالجة، وتُستهلك عند نجاحها. الحد الأقصى للرفع 100 ميغابايت. إذا تجاوزت الدفعة الحصة المتاحة، نطلب اختيارك قبل إرسالها. قد تختلف خصائص المعاينة العامة المبكرة؛ الاشتراكات متاحة حالياً فقط في بيئة الاختبار المعلّمة بوضوح.
الدفع والتجديد والإلغاء
تُعالج المدفوعات عبر Waffo Pancake. يعرض الدفع المبلغ النهائي والعملة والضرائب وفترة الفوترة قبل موافقتك. يتجدّد الاشتراك الشهري تلقائياً حتى الإلغاء. عند الاشتراك، توافق على الخصم الدوري الموضّح عند الدفع. لا يتحوّل الاستخدام المجاني اليومي تلقائياً إلى اشتراك مدفوع. افتح الاشتراك ← إدارة الاشتراك للوصول إلى بوابة العميل وإلغاء التجديد؛ تواصل معنا بالبريد إذا تعذّر فتحها. يمنع الإلغاء التجديد اللاحق ويحافظ عادةً على الوصول حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة الحالية. العودة من صفحة الدفع وحدها لا تفعّل العضوية؛ نحتاج إشعار دفع موثّقاً مرتبطاً بحسابك. الدفع التجريبي ليس شراء عضوية فعلية. سنعلن تغييرات الأسعار الجوهرية قبل تطبيقها على التجديد مع إتاحة الإلغاء.
الاسترداد
يمكنك طلب استرداد كامل لدفعة اشتراكك الأولى خلال 7 أيام من الدفع إذا لم تتجاوز الحصة المستهلكة خلال فترة الفوترة الأولى 10 دقائق، محسوبة وفق تقريب كل مقطع إلى الدقيقة الأعلى الموضّح أعلاه. لا يشمل هذا العرض دفعات التجديد. أرسل إلى jekapatil566@gmail.com من بريد حسابك مع مرجع الطلب والسبب؛ لا ترسل رقم بطاقة أو كلمة مرور أو مفتاح API. تُعالج الخصومات المكررة أو الخاطئة، وعدم تقديم الخدمة المثبت، وحقوق المستهلك الإلزامية بشكل مستقل ولا يستبعدها حد الدقائق العشر. تُعاد المبالغ المعتمدة عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد يختلف الوقت حسب البنك والمعالج. إلغاء التجديد منفصل عن طلب الاسترداد. قد ينهي الاسترداد الوصول إلى الفترة المستردّة. لا يقيّد أي نص هنا الحقوق التي لا يجوز التنازل عنها بموجب القانون.
محتواك ومخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي
تحتفظ بحقوقك في المحتوى المقدّم. تسمح بالمعالجة والإرسال المحدودين اللازمين لتقديم النتيجة المطلوبة، وفق سياسة الخصوصية. لا نستخدم محتواك لتدريب نماذج خاصة بنا. تخضع معالجة مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي لشروطه. يمكنك استخدام النتائج في حدود حقوقك؛ لا تلغي مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي حقوق الغير ولا تضمن ملكية حصرية. المخرجات ليست نصيحة قانونية أو طبية أو مالية مهنية.
التوفّر والنزاعات والتغييرات
هذه الخدمة المبكرة لا تضمن مدة معالجة محددة أو توفّراً دون انقطاع. نتحمّل المسؤولية التي يفرضها القانون ولا نستبعد مسؤولية لا يجوز قانوناً استبعادها. للنزاعات المالية أو طلب حذف الحساب، تواصل بالبريد؛ وتحتفظ بحق التواصل مع بنكك أو الجهة المختصة. تخضع الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في الصين القارية دون إلغاء حماية المستهلك الإلزامية في محل إقامتك. ننشر التحديثات الجوهرية مع تاريخ سريانها، عادةً قبل تطبيقها بـ15 يوماً على الأقل؛ وقد تسري التغييرات القانونية أو الأمنية العاجلة قبل ذلك. تفاصيل الخصوصية في سياسة الخصوصية المرتبطة.

Operator and scope
wowhook is operated by chivin chen, an individual operator from mainland China. Our correspondence address is DAMAC Park Tower, P206, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact jekapatil566@gmail.com for support, billing, privacy or security. These terms cover wowhook.com and its test preview. You must be at least 18 and authorized to submit the content you process.
What the service does
We retrieve supported public media or accept your uploads, transcribe speech, and generate translations and summaries. AI may make mistakes: review names, numbers and meaning before publishing or relying on results. DeepSeek provides text generation; speech recognition runs on our server. Platform restrictions and third-party outages may prevent processing. We do not bypass access controls or import your platform login cookies.
Accounts and permitted use
Where account access is enabled, sign in through Clerk/Google or another offered method. Protect your account and report unauthorized use. Submit only content you own or are permitted to process; a public link alone does not establish permission. Do not infringe copyright or privacy, process unlawful material, impersonate people deceptively, abuse the service, evade quotas, share paid access, or interfere with security. We may restrict abusive activity and explain restrictions where lawful.
Free allowance and membership
In the account-enabled version, each account may complete 3 free transcriptions per day, resetting at midnight Riyadh time (UTC+3). Links and uploads share this allowance. A free item may be at most 5 minutes. Monthly membership is USD 9.90 with 300 minutes per billing period; each item may be at most 20 minutes. Minutes are rounded up separately for each item. Unused membership minutes do not roll over. Members do not receive an additional daily free allowance during an active period. One item runs per account while others queue. Failed processing releases its reserved allowance; successful processing consumes it. Uploads are limited to 100 MB. Batch submissions exceeding available allowance require a choice before submission. The public early preview may have different features; subscriptions are currently available only in the labelled test environment.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Payments are handled through Waffo Pancake. The checkout displays the final amount, currency, taxes and billing period before you authorize payment. A monthly subscription renews automatically until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges shown at checkout. Free daily use does not automatically become paid. Use Subscription → Manage subscription to open the customer portal and cancel renewal; contact our support email if the portal is unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access until the current paid period ends. Returning from checkout alone does not activate membership: we require a verified payment event linked to your account. Test checkout is not a live membership purchase. We will announce material price changes before they apply to renewal, allowing cancellation.
Refunds
You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days of that payment if your total consumed transcription allowance in that first billing period is no more than 10 minutes, measured using the per-item rounding rule above. This first-purchase offer does not apply to renewals. Email jekapatil566@gmail.com from your account email with the order reference and reason; never send a card number, password or API key. Duplicate or incorrect charges, a verified failure to deliver service, and mandatory consumer rights are handled separately and are not excluded by the 10-minute threshold. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank and processor timing may vary. Canceling renewal is separate from requesting a refund. Refunds may end access to the refunded subscription period. No statement here limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Your content and AI output
You retain your rights in submitted content. You authorize the limited processing and transmission necessary to provide your requested result, as described in our privacy policy. We do not use your content to train our own models. Third-party AI processing is subject to the provider’s terms. You may use results to the extent you have the relevant rights; AI output does not remove third-party copyright or guarantee exclusive ownership. Outputs are not professional legal, medical or financial advice.
Availability, disputes and changes
This early service has no guaranteed processing time or uninterrupted availability. We remain responsible where applicable law requires it and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. For billing disputes or account deletion, contact our support email; you retain the right to contact your bank or competent authority. These terms are governed by applicable laws of mainland China, without removing mandatory consumer protections where you reside. We will post material updates with their effective date, normally at least 15 days before applying them; urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner.
