البيانات التي نعالجها
نعالج روابط المصدر والصوت والفيديو المرفوع والنص المستخرج والترجمات والملخّصات واللغة المختارة وحالة المهمة. تستخدم خصائص الحساب معرّف Clerk وجلسة موثّقة؛ وقد يعالج Clerk وGoogle بريدك واسمك وملفك ومعلومات الدخول وفق سياساتهما. نخزّن للفوترة مرجع شراء عشوائياً مرتبطاً بالحساب ومعلومات جلسة الدفع وحالة الاشتراك وإشعارات الدفع. يعالج Waffo Pancake بيانات البطاقة؛ لا نستقبل أو نخزّن أرقام البطاقات الكاملة أو رموز أمانها. قد تتضمن سجلات الاستضافة عنوان IP ومسار الطلب والوقت وتفاصيل الخطأ. تحتوي رسائل الدعم على المعلومات التي تختار إرسالها.
الأغراض ومزوّدو الخدمة
نستخدم البيانات لتنفيذ معالجة الوسائط المطلوبة والتحقق من الوصول واستعادة المهام وحساب الحصص وإدارة الاشتراكات والدعم وحماية الخدمة. حيث ينطبق القانون، تعتمد هذه الأنشطة على تنفيذ اتفاقنا أو المصالح الأمنية الضرورية أو الالتزامات القانونية؛ وتحتاج المعالجة الاختيارية التي تتطلب موافقة إلى موافقة منفصلة. يستضيف AWS خادمنا الحالي في منطقة فرانكفورت بألمانيا، ويجري تفريغ الصوت عليه. تُرسل النصوص المختارة للترجمة أو التلخيص إلى DeepSeek وقد تتضمن معلومات شخصية وردت في النص. يدير Clerk المصادقة، ويوفّر Google وسيلة الدخول المختارة، ويعالج Waffo Pancake الدفع والاشتراكات. نتصل بالروابط العامة المطلوبة لجلب الوسائط. لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية ولا ننشر مكتبة محتوى مشتركة. لا تستخدم هذه النسخة أدوات تتبّع إعلانية أو نشرة تسويقية.
تخزين المتصفح وملفات الارتباط
يحفظ المتصفح تفضيلات اللغة وسجل النصوص والتعديلات وتفضيلات إخفاء السجلات. تُفصل مفاتيح السجل حسب الحساب في نسخة الحسابات. حذف تخزين المتصفح يزيل النسخ المحلية؛ ولا تتزامن التعديلات والإخفاء تلقائياً بين الأجهزة. يستخدم مزوّدو الدخول تخزين الجلسة وملفات الارتباط الضرورية وقد يمنع حظرها تسجيل الدخول. لا يضبط wowhook ملفات تحليل اختيارية أو إعلانات في هذه النسخة. إزالة عنصر من سجل المتصفح لا تحذف بذاتها سجل المهمة أو الفوترة من الخادم.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
تُجدول وسائط المهام الخلفية للحذف بعد 24 ساعة من آخر تعديل للملف. تُجدول سجلات المهام المكتملة أو الفاشلة للحذف بعد 30 يوماً من آخر تحديث؛ وتعتمد عملية التنظيف على تشغيل العامل الخلفي. تبقى نسخ النصوص في المتصفح حتى حذفها أو مسح التخزين. لا يوجد حالياً انتهاء تلقائي لسجلات أحداث الفوترة والاشتراكات والحصص؛ يمكنك طلب مراجعتها أو حذفها مع مراعاة الحاجة إلى الخدمة النشطة والنزاعات والالتزامات القانونية. تتبع سجلات مزوّدي الحساب والدفع قواعد احتفاظهم. لا تشمل مهلة 24 ساعة للوسائط أو 30 يوماً للمهام مراسلات الدعم وسجلات البنية التحتية. لا نعد بحذف فوري لكل نسخة أو سجل لدى المزوّد؛ وسنوضّح سبب أي احتفاظ مطلوب عند الرد على طلبك.
الأمان والمعالجة الدولية
يستخدم الموقع العام HTTPS. تُقيّد صلاحيات بيانات الدخول الخاصة وملفات قواعد البيانات. تتحقق واجهات نسخة الحسابات من الجلسة وملكية المهمة؛ وتستخدم المعاينة القديمة العامة بيانات وصول للمهام مرتبطة بالمتصفح بدلاً من الحساب. لا تضمن خدمة عبر الإنترنت أماناً كاملاً. قد تجري المعالجة خارج السعودية، بما فيها ألمانيا والصين ومواقع مزوّدي المصادقة والدفع. لا ندّعي تخزيناً محلياً سعودياً أو اعتماد امتثال للنقل الدولي. تجنّب رفع معلومات شديدة الحساسية أو بيانات شخصية للغير دون صلاحية. سنقيّم الحوادث الأمنية ونُبلغ المتأثرين والجهات المختصة حسب متطلبات القانون.

تواصل مع jekapatil566@gmail.com من بريد حسابك لطلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو التصدير أو الحذف أو تقييد المعالجة أو توضيحها؛ تعتمد الحقوق على القانون المعمول به. قد نتحقق من الهوية قبل الإفصاح عن السجلات أو حذفها. لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو بيانات بطاقات. نهدف إلى الرد خلال 30 يوماً تقويمياً أو المهلة الأقصر التي يفرضها القانون، وسنوضّح أي تمديد مسموح. يمكنك الشكوى إلى جهة الخصوصية المختصة. إلغاء الاشتراك ليس طلب حذف للحساب. الخدمة للبالغين بعمر 18 سنة فأكثر؛ تواصل معنا إذا قدّم طفل معلومات شخصية.
التحديثات وسياسات الجهات الخارجية

Who is responsible
The operator responsible for wowhook data is chivin chen, an individual operator from mainland China. Correspondence: DAMAC Park Tower, P206, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Privacy and support: jekapatil566@gmail.com. This policy describes our actual service, including the account-enabled test version; it does not imply that every feature is live on the public early preview.
Data we process
We process submitted source links, uploaded audio/video, extracted speech, translations, summaries, selected language and task status. Account-enabled features use a Clerk account identifier and verified session; Clerk/Google may process your email, name, profile and sign-in information under their policies. Billing stores a random purchase reference linked to your account, checkout session information, subscription state and payment notifications. Waffo Pancake handles payment card details; we do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Hosting logs can include IP address, request path, time and error details. Support emails contain the information you choose to send.
Purposes and providers
We use this data to perform requested media processing, authenticate access, restore tasks, calculate quotas, administer subscriptions, resolve support requests and protect the service. Where applicable, these activities rely on performing our agreement, necessary security interests or legal obligations; optional processing requiring consent needs separate consent. AWS hosts our current server in the Frankfurt region, Germany. Audio transcription runs on that server. Text selected for translation or summarization is sent to DeepSeek; it can include personal information present in your transcript. Clerk manages authentication, Google supplies the selected sign-in service, and Waffo Pancake processes checkout and subscriptions. Requested public links are contacted to retrieve media. We do not sell personal information or publish a shared content library. We do not run advertising pixels or a marketing newsletter in this version.
Browser storage and cookies
Browser storage keeps language preferences, text history, edits and hidden-record preferences. In the account-enabled version these history keys are separated by account. Clearing browser storage removes local copies; edits and hiding records are not automatically synchronized across devices. Login providers use necessary session storage/cookies. Blocking these may prevent login. No optional analytics or advertising cookies are configured by wowhook in this version. Removing a history item in the browser does not itself delete server task or billing records.
Retention and deletion
Background-task media is scheduled for deletion after 24 hours from its last file modification. Completed or failed server task records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days from their last update; cleanup depends on the worker running. Browser text copies remain until you delete them or clear storage. Billing events, subscription records and quota ledgers currently have no automatic expiry; contact us to request review or deletion, subject to records needed for active service, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Account-provider records and payment-provider records follow their own retention rules. Support correspondence and infrastructure logs are not covered by the 24-hour media or 30-day task deletion. We do not promise immediate erasure of every copy or provider record; we will explain any required retention when responding to a request.
Security and international processing
The public website uses HTTPS. Private service credentials and database files use restricted access. Account-enabled APIs verify sessions and task ownership; the public legacy preview uses browser task access credentials instead. No online service can guarantee complete security. Processing may occur outside Saudi Arabia, including Germany, China and locations used by our authentication/payment providers. We have not claimed Saudi-local storage or certified international-transfer compliance. Avoid uploading highly sensitive information or third-party personal data without authority. We will assess security incidents and notify affected people and authorities as applicable law requires.
Your choices and requests
Contact jekapatil566@gmail.com from your account email to request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction or an explanation of processing; rights depend on applicable law. We may verify identity before disclosing or deleting records. Do not send passwords or card details. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days, or the shorter period required by law, and will explain any permitted extension. You may complain to a competent privacy authority. Canceling a subscription is not an account-deletion request. This service is for adults aged 18 or older; contact us if a child has submitted personal information.
Updates and third-party policies
Material policy updates will be announced on the website with their effective date, normally 15 days in advance unless a legal or security need requires sooner action.
